While her legacy will live on through her body of work, she will also be remembered by many for her wit, class and overall joie de vivre,” she said.

Many fans shared their favorite memories of Walter to commemorate the actress, with so many sharing pictures and clips from Arrested Development and a few from Archer.

A number of stars from film and TV also offered condolences to Walter. Director Edgar Wright praised her versatility to be able to perform dramatically and humorously with such skill. Director Paul Feig also said that it was an honor to work with the actress on a number of occasions.

Walter’s Arrested Development co-stars including David Cross and Tony Hale also tweeted about her loss. Producer John Levenstein also praised her comedic abilities, saying “If she didn’t get a laugh there was a problem with the script.”
