In Death Stranding, the main character walks through a post-apocalyptic landscape with a baby strapped to his chest that helps him see ghosts. The pod holding the baby is called a BB or Bridge Baby, and is incredibly creepy. The floating, naked infant is submerged in a glowing, orange liquid, making it one of the weirdest items in a video game ever.
