According to The Associated Press, prosecutors on Tuesday said Dwyan Morgan, 64, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, faces a single count of disturbing the peace, which is a municipal violation. Morgan had been banned for life from Arrowhead Stadium in February for shining the laser pointer at the Patriots quarterback. The incident was first brought to light by KMBC-TV reporter William Joy, who posted a video on Twitter that appeared to show a green dot flickering near Brady’s face....
