Who’s Not: Alex Rodriguez continues to be the subject of news stories thanks to his ongoing suspension saga. He is currently fighting his season-long ban, but fantasy owners shouldn’t count on him seeing the field. … Carlos Beltran had another solid season in St. Louis, but his production really dropped off in the second half (.277/.329/.429). … Ichiro Suzuki will find his way into the Yankees’ lineup from time to time, but after hitting just ....
